Your global distribution management switch

RTConnect provides a "switch board" for various distribution management systems like CRS, PMS, RMS etc, in which they can plug-in their systems to integrate with the IDS channels. RTConnect provides various inventory management functionalities required by these systems in an easy to use set of services.

RTConnect acts as an interface between various systems and IDS systems. The above services are exposed in two different formats namely - XML driven services and SOAP services. RTConnect encapsulates the complicated logic of integration between the above systems. Hence the systems need not worry about how the data is traveling globally. They only need to connect to our services, provide their defined data which is mapped in RTConnect and invoke the services.
