Magda Lepak was promoted to Reservation Supervisor making her responsible for managing all online sales, ensuring both rates and room availability was constantly up-to-date. However, she had never directly been responsible for updating rates and availability.
Opportunity
The Camden Court Hotel needed an application that could benchmark and update their online rates and availability all within one interface that would help improve the service delivered from their successful reservations department.
Solution
Using RTSuite allows us to set our rates over an extended period of time, in line with our revenue strategy. With the help of benchmarking reports I am able to clearly see our market position, which may or may not affect our own rates. We are able to maximise our business whatever the situation, said Magda.
