Senior Software Engineers (SSE)/Project Leader (PL)
eRevMax needs a number of Senior Software Engineer (SSE) and Project Leader (PL) as the development of a number of new products is rolling out this year. Please find below a brief description of our current requirements.

Educational Specifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc
Experience: 4-8 Years.
Tech Skill:
- Lead/senior member of a development team - writes the most complex algorithms & components and mentor other team members in doing so.
- The successful candidate must have extensive GUI design and development experience.
- Hand coding Swing UI without use of Tools - Custom editors and renderers for a variety of Swing components.
- Use of GUI patterns within architecture implementation.
- Must have experience with: - Layout Managers - GUI Design Patterns - Custom Rendering – Multi Threading Environment coding – Swing Workers.
- Extensive hands on experience on XML using both SAX and DOM.
- Ability to incorporate available standards and tools into our in-house development process.
- Strong expertise in MSSQL/MySQL Database with ability to do Stored Procs, optimized SQL query programming with strong understanding of Database concepts.
- Creation of detailed design documentation at class and component level.
- Complete design reviews and code reviews for junior team members and peers.
- Strong experience on Apache Web Server, JBoss, Sun AS.
Soft Skill:
- Thorough grasp of the Business Value associated with the project underway and the ability to articulate this BV to team members.
- Suggest & enact development process enhancements from previous industry experiences.
- Work day to day with the Product Specialist and requirements manager.
- Interviews and be willing part of our screening and hiring process for new employees.
- Career advisor for junior technical team members.
Requirements:
- BE/BTech/Mtech/Msc/MCAfrom an institution of repute.
- 4+ years of experience successfully delivering high-value business applications in JAVA/J2EE domain.
- Needs to be strong on Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures etc.
- Product Development background will be preferred. Due advantage will be given for a hospitality/travel domain expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
Please note, that this is more of a Technology oriented role.
Quality-Head
eRevMax needs a Quality-Head to strengthen the expansion drive .Mentioned below is a brief description of the position.
Responsibilities include:
- Has to establish and implement quality process in the company.
- Assist projects for its process compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and track them to closure.
- Handle Information security initiative.
Desired Profile:
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA
Certifications: ISO9000, ISO27000/BS7799 & CMM related certifications
Experience:
- 6-10yrs of hands on experience in Quality Management systems in IT industry.
- Should have experience in conducting internal audits, publishing Audit reports, tracking them to closure.
- Should have knowledge of metrics & quality tools. Should have complete knowledge of ISO 9000/CMM/CMMi implementation.
- Applicants must possess strong analytical, people management skills, excellent communication, deep understanding of customer satisfaction and capacity to interface / influence with people at varying levels.
- Exposure to ISO-27000 implementation will be of added advantage.
