Mr. Andrew Morsi - Founder
Background: With 19 years experience in the hospitality industry, 10 years in operational departments and 9 years in Revenue Management, Mr. Andrew Morsi is an authority in his field. Mr. Morsi has been the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Starhotels International based in Florence, Italy; Regional Director of Revenue Management for Six Continent Hotels and Resorts (Previously known as Bass Hotels & Resorts) for the northeast region of the U.S. based in New York; Director of Revenue Management for Swissotel The Drake in New York and Revenue Manager for Swissotel Chicago where he started his Revenue Management Career. One of Mr. Morsi's career highlights came in September 1999 when he was chosen to teach the first credited "Revenue Strategies Class" as well as Hotels "Information Systems class" at New York's University School of Continuing and Professional Studies (Master of Science in Hospitality Industry Studies). His passion for this field and dedication has been a strong example for our teams at eRevMax helping us to become a world class organization.
Mr. Reuel Ghosh - Founder
Background: With 14 years experience in the software development industry as a serial entrepreneur, Reuel has brought to eRevMax Technologies, Inc. his passion for innovation. Combined with his ability to streamline development and organizational processes, he has helped provide eRevMax with a world class development environment creating world class products. Mr. Ghosh has successfully implemented multi-million dollar projects for organizations like Dow Jones, AT&T and Avis. He currently serves as a founding member of a Scottish Enterprise initiative, Global Scots. He also sits on the board of directors of Desiya.in, India's fastest growing travel site and IVIZ, an internet security organization.
Mr. Udai Singh Solanki - Founding Member
Background: Mr. Udai Singh Solanki has played a pivotal role in the development of RateTiger since its inception as one of the founding team members. A post-graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur, Mr. Solanki holds the position of the Chief Information Officer of eRevMax Technologies, Inc. Apart from his technical mastery, Mr. Solanki’s inspirational leadership and dedication has enabled the company to maintain focus and drive innovation from within.
Mr. Sascha Hausmann - Chief Operating Officer
Background: Sascha Hausmann is a specialist in online distribution systems in Europe and the US. Prior to establishing StellantPartners, Sascha was CEO of WorldRes, having been appointed by the Board to take the company through the final six months of a complicated and difficult sales process. Previously, he ran the finance, support and HR functions at WorldRes and was instrumental in establishing European offices in key European countries. Prior to WorldRes, Sascha was an auditor to mid-sized companies with European and international operations. Here he was mainly challenged with audits as well as consulting on corporate tax, company structure, reporting and the implementation of finance systems. Sascha is a well-recognized figure in the European and US online travel industries, speaking at many events and being a trusted advisor to various companies in the online marketplace. Sascha is in charge of international operations and strategic alliances.
Ms. Jo Allen - E.V.P. Of Corporate Development
Background: Jo has specialized in the hospitality and travel industries for the last 9 years and in the Mergers & Acquisitions arena for 12 years. Prior to setting up StellantPartners, Jo was retained by WorldRes as an adviser to sell PlacesToStay.com (the B2C hotel platform) and then to sell the whole company. Before becoming involved with WorldRes, Jo was employed at InterContinental Hotels Group plc, where she was a key member of the Global Mergers and Acquisitions team for the hotels business. Jo gained significant corporate finance experience whilst at Schroders (now Citigroup) in European M&A and at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Corporate Finance Deal Advisory. Jo is in charge of exploring corporate opportunities.
Mr. Lars Hahn - Chief Financials Officer
Background: Lars Hahn has a specialization in online distribution systems in Europe and the US. Prior to joining StellantPartners, Lars was the WorldRes (and subsequently WebRes) Financial Controller, taking responsibility for the financial operations of WorldRes, as well as managing the contractual and support relationships with online partners and hotels. Having worked with a mid-sized consulting company, Lars has extensive experience in financial and management accounting for both European and US corporations. Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management, auditors and shareholders was another of his key responsibilities. Lars is in charge of finance globally and oversees financial activities within the organization.
