Mr. Andrew Morsi - President, Founder
Background: Andrew Morsi has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry; 10 years in operational departments and 10 years in Revenue Management. Andrew is an authority in his field. Prior to establishing eRevMax Inc., Andrew was Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Starhotels International based in Florence, Italy; Regional Director of Revenue Management for Six Continent Hotels and Resorts (Previously known as Bass Hotels & Resorts) for the northeast region of the U.S. based in New York; Director of Revenue Management for Swissotel The Drake in New York and Revenue Manager for Swissotel Chicago where he started his Revenue Management Career.
In September 1999, Andrew taught the first credited "Revenue Strategies" class and "Hotels Information Systems" class" at New York's University School of Continuing and Professional Studies (Master of Science in Hospitality Industry Studies). Andrew's passion for this field and dedication has led the development of eRevMax Inc to become a leader in the market.
Mr. Reuel Ghosh - President, Founder
Background: Reuel Ghosh has over 15 years experience in the software development industry as a serial entrepreneur, Reuel brings to eRevMax Inc. his passion for innovation. Reuel's combined ability to streamline development and organizational processes has helped provide eRevMax with a world-class development environment creating leading online channel management products.
Reuel has successfully implemented multi-million dollar projects for organisations like Dow Jones, AT&T and Avis. He currently serves as a founding member of a Scottish Enterprise initiative, Global Scots. He also sits on the board of directors of Desiya.in, India's fastest growing travel site and IVIZ, an internet security organisation. Reuel founded eRevMax Inc with Andrew Morsi to provide easy to use innovative technologies to an industry whose main line of business is quickly coming from the internet.
Mr. Sascha Hausmann - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Background: Sascha Hausmann is a specialist in online distribution systems in Europe and the US. Sascha has managed the operations of eRevMax Inc. since June 2007 for which he is a consultant part of StellantPartners. Prior to establishing StellantPartners, Sascha was CEO of WorldRes, having been appointed by the Board to take the company through the final six months of a complicated and difficult sales process. Previously, he ran the finance, support and HR functions at WorldRes and was instrumental in establishing European offices in key European countries.
Sascha started his career as an auditor to mid-sized companies with European and international operations. Here he was mainly challenged with audits as well as consulting on corporate tax, company structure, reporting and the implementation of finance systems. Sascha is a well-recognised figure in the European and US online travel industries, speaking at many events and being a trusted advisor to various companies in the online marketplace. Sascha is responsible for eRevMax Inc's international operations and strategic alliances.
Mr. Udai Singh Solanki - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Managing Director of India
Background: Udai Singh Solanki is one of the founding members of eRevMax Inc. After the inception of the company in late 2001, he created the first version of RateTiger product within a record time of six months. In June 2002, eRevMax witnessed the first sale of RateTiger Subscription/License. Udai, in his CTO role, provides strategic guidance to the product development team, while also overseeing organizational process and IT strategy. In addition to this, his responsibility also includes hospitality systems integration and Information Security and Management.
Udai has over 10 years experience in product development related to revenue and distribution management. Prior to joining eRevMax Inc, Udai worked with a small CRM product company. He completed his graduation from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur and went on to IIT Kharagpur for his Masters in Industrial Engineering & Management, where he worked on a live project worth USD$1million. Udai also completed an Advanced Management Programme from IIM Calcutta. Udai is based in eRevMax's technical development centre located in Kolkata, India, where is oversees all daily operations.
Mr. Lars Hahn - Chief Financial Officer
Background: Lars Hahn is the Chief Financial Officer for eRevMax Inc. and the RateTiger and SimpleDistribution brands. Lars manages the budgets, invoicing and financial stability of the company worldwide, managing a team in the US, Europe and India. He is part of the travel consultancy company, StellantPartners, with Sascha Hausmann. Prior to joining StellantPartners, Lars was the WorldRes (and subsequently WebRes) Financial Controller, responsible for the global financial operations of WorldRes, as well as managing the contractual and support relationships with online partners and hotels.
Mr. Keith Povah - VP Sales International
Background: Keith Povah has more than 30 years experience in the hotel and hospitality sector having run his own hotels, as well as key positions with ACCOR, Le Meridien and the Best Western Lodge Hotel. Keith was appointed in July 2007 and is responsible for RateTiger's International sales strategy managing eRevMax Inc's sales team worldwide. In the past year he has expanded the team into Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland as well as providing support to the development of further offices in USA and repositioning RateTiger products within the American market.
Prior to eRevMax Inc, Keith managed the outreach of JAC Travel across the European and Australasian markets.
Mr. Ragnar Strerath - VP Product Development
Background: Ragnar Strerath has more than 20 years IT experience and a total of 14 years working within the travel industry. Ragnar is responsible for all integration projects, product development and internal & external project management. Ragnar has overseen the UTELL, Pulse Technologies, EZRMS integrations announced in 2008.
Prior to joining RateTiger, Ragnar was the Senior Director of Product Strategy at Trust International. In this role, Ragnar oversaw the development of Trust's Product range, which included Voyager CRS, Voyager Connect, Voyager View and Voyager Booker. Previously, Ragnar was responsible for Product Management & Consulting at Lufthansa AirPlus, one of the largest providers for Business Travel Management tools in Europe.
